Do I Have A Case?
The first step in determining if you have a case is to either contact our firm at 845-671-1883 to schedule a free consultation or by emailing us directly by filling out the case intake form below. Our office will then give you our best faith assessment as quickly as possible.
Our billing practices depend entirely on what type of case you have. Once we have conducted a formal review, we will either bill at a flat-rate, an hourly rate, or on a contingency basis. If cost is an issue for our prospective clients, depending on the subject matter, payment plans may also be offered as a courtesy.

What Should I Bring With Me To My First Appointment?
Our office recommends that every client bring documentation relevant to their case for our formal review at the consultation. In the event that you have no documentation, we are still happy to talk through your case with you!
What Are Your Office Hours?
Our firm is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Please contact our office on holidays to ensure we are not closed!
Who Will I Be Working With?
At The Law Offices of David Fried, PC, ALL cases are directly managed by Attorney Fried himself. In addition, you will also have full access to our entire team during your representation and can speak to any staff member for questions or assistance.
